Order free samples. Every tile in the range can be sampled — you can hold them against your cabinets, worktops and lighting before committing to anything. Most buyers order samples of 2–3 tiles they're considering.

Almost every buyer we talk to is worried about this — it's the single most common anxiety in the process, and it's completely reasonable when you're spending £2,000+ on tiles you can't fully see online. Order samples of two or three tiles you're considering — free, no card required. Live with them in the actual room for a few days. Most buyers rule out one immediately and spend a week deciding between the other two. If you'd like a second opinion, book a call with our project specialist. Nothing about this process asks you to commit until you're genuinely sure.

Standard tiles ship within 4–6 working days. Large-format slabs (1500 x 1500 mm and above) take slightly longer due to specialist delivery. Samples arrive in 2–3 working days.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the tiles are in their original condition. Samples don't need to be returned — you can keep them.

We operate as an online UK stockist, which is why we offer free samples and free consultations. Most buyers find that seeing samples in their own space, under their own lighting, is more useful than a showroom visit.
