Order up to 5 free samples of any tile in the range, delivered to your door in 2-3 working days. No card required, no commitment to buy.
How to order
Browse the range and click the “Order Free Sample” button on any tile you’d like to see in person. Add up to 5 samples to your request, then submit — we ship the same day where possible.

Sample size: 97 x 200mm colour swatches — enough to see the finish, colour and texture in your own space.
Delivery: 2-3 working days by tracked courier to any UK address.
Number of samples: Up to 5 free of charge. If you’re comparing more (multiple rooms or ranges), contact us — we can help.
Cost: Free. You don’t need to enter card details.
A few things to know
Natural stone and marble effects can vary slightly in shade from batch to batch — samples give you an accurate sense of the range’s character, but the exact tile in a delivery may vary marginally in tone. This is a normal feature of premium porcelain, not a defect.
A small number of products (typically job lots) don’t offer samples because we can’t open the box to cut one. If a tile you’re interested in isn’t available for sampling, contact us — we can often help.
Once tiles are fixed (installed), we can’t accept returns or claims, so please make sure you’re happy with the samples before ordering the full quantity.

Ordering Samples
You can start by browsing our tile collections. You can browse by tile effect, colour, size and finish. When you have found the tile you are interested in, you should see their corresponding Order Free Sample button. Clicking the appropriate button will add the tile to your sample order. Notice that each tile will have its surface finish shown. Tiles are available in Polished, Honed, Natural, Grip and Structured finishes. You can read more about these surface finishes here.
To review your items or to complete your order simply click on the sample icon in the top right-hand corner on any page of our website. You will then have the opportunity to review, edit or complete your order. To complete your order click on the ‘COMPLETE SAMPLE ORDER’ button shown within this area.
